UMW Christmas Dinner

What makes our annual UMW Christmas Dinner special; delicious food, lovely decorations, inspiring music and devotions, visiting with friends around the tables and of course our wonderful team of men who serve. We will gather again this year on Tuesday, December 9 at 7pm in Jubilee Hall. The Women's Choir will sing and Ellen Knott will share a Christmas Devotional. Cost is $10 per person, paid at the door. The reservation line will open soon. Watch for forth coming announcements in the bulletins and Cornerstone and on this blog.

Ladies Night at South Tryon

What a wonderful worship experience! From the warm welcome by our brothers and sisters at South Tryon (lots of hugs and smiles), to the uplifting music, the wonderful liturgical dancers, and the powerful message from the pulpit it lifted my very being and filled me with renewed strength. I am so glad I went. I am so glad that God has blessed me by bringing these wonderful brothers and sisters in Christ into my life. If you have not yet spent time at South Tryon Community Church, our Sister Congregation I encourage you do so. Attend worship there on a Sunday morning. Participate in a Friday night Game Night. Volunteer to Tutor in the CHAMP Program on Monday or Thursday nights. Work alongside folks from South Tryon at Trinity's Table during lunch. UMW Ladies Night at South Tryon

The women of South Tryon are hosting a reception immediately following the service for all women. Volunteer in Mission to Speak to Martha Circle

Myers Park United Methodist Women’s Martha Circle invites you to join with them to welcome Jackie White on Wednesday, September 3 at 10:30 a.m. in room 104. Jackie is a new United Methodist Volunteers in Mission Individual Volunteer who recently spent several months in Cambodia. She will speak about her travels and the mission work we are supporting in Cambodia.
